Repair requests

When you send a repair request or ask for a callback, we use the contact details and information you provide to respond and arrange service. This may include your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, appliance details, problem description, and uploaded photos. Requests are sent to the HomeFix Bay request management system used by APA Appliance Repair Inc., where the repair team can review them and manage follow-up.

Photos

Photos you upload are kept with the request for the repair team to review the appliance, visible symptoms, or model label. Camera metadata is removed from processed images. Please keep photos focused on the appliance and do not upload identity documents, payment cards, or unrelated personal information.

Protection checks

We use Cloudflare Turnstile and form validation to help prevent automated spam and misuse. These checks may process technical information needed to assess a submission and operate separately from optional analytics. You do not need to accept optional analytics to send a repair request.

Optional analytics

If you accept optional analytics, the site loads one measurement channel: Google Tag Manager, or Google Analytics with a Google Ads tag when that tag is configured. Those tools can measure visits, page interactions such as the appliance or symptom you select, and a confirmed request after it is accepted. They may use cookies and technical information such as browser, device, and page data. They do not receive your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, or the text of your message. You can change your choice with Privacy preferences. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from using the form.

How long we keep a request

Request records remain in the company’s working systems for handling service, follow-up, and relevant business records. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or ask the team to review whether it can be deleted, use the contact details on the Contact page. Include enough information to identify the request without sending identity documents or payment details.
